Overnighters

On an overnight fishing trip, you are afforded an assortment of types of fishing – trolling, bottom fishing and chunking.  There’s a lot of ocean life visible that you will rarely see in the daytime:  squid, huge schools of different kinds of mackerel, and many species of sharks, just to name a few.

The ride out is essentially the same as a day charter – 2 to 3 hours depending on the location of the fish – so on a 24 hour trip you will be in the fishing grounds, fishing for 18 to 20 hours, which translates into 2 ½ to 3 days of fishing for less than the cost of 2 day charters.

The opportunity to catch both more fish and a larger variety of fish goes up dramatically on this type of trip.
